Impact Brainfield School – Terms and Conditions for Admission
1. Admission Policy
a. Admission is subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of age and academic criteria.
b. The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
2. Documentation Requirements
Parents/Guardians must submit the following documents at the time of admission:
- Completed admission form • Passport-size photographs of the student
- Copy of birth certificate
- Previous school report card or transfer certificate (where applicable)
- Copy of CNIC (parent/guardian) • Vaccination/medical record of the student
3. Fee Structure and Payment Terms
a. Admission fee, security deposit, and tuition fee must be paid as per the schedule shared at the time of admission.
b. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except for the refundable security deposit (subject to clearance).
c. Late payment of fees may result in penalties or suspension of services.
4. Academic and Behavioral Expectations
a. Students must maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
b. Students and parents are expected to comply with school rules and regulations.
c. Misconduct, academic dishonesty, or repeated violations may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion.
5. Health and Safety
a. Parents must disclose any existing medical conditions or allergies.
b. In case of emergencies, the school may take appropriate action and inform parents at the earliest.
c. The school is not liable for any injuries that occur during normal school activities, though all precautions will be taken.
6. Communication
a. All official communication will be made through the contact details provided in the admission form.
b. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to keep the school updated with any change in contact information.
7. Withdrawal Policy
a. One month’s written notice is required for student withdrawal.
b. Clearance from all departments is mandatory before issuance of transfer certificates or refunds.
8. School Timings, Holidays & Uniform
a. Parents agree to ensure that their child follows the school timings and dress code.
b. The school reserves the right to change timings, holidays, or dress codes with prior notice.
9. Media and Data Consent
a. The school may use student photos/videos for academic and promotional purposes unless a written objection is submitted by the parent/guardian.
b. All student data will be handled confidentially in compliance with applicable privacy policies.
10. Amendments
The school reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated versions will be communicated to parents.
